About the event
80's NIGHT! Come wearing your best 80's gear to win a PRIZE! Doors open at 6 p.m. Show starts at 6:30 p.m. $3 CASH donation at door. Money raised goes back into our open mics and service projects that benefit our community and surrounding communities.
In lieu of cash donation at door, we will be collecting non perishable food for First Star's Thanksgiving Project.
This event will have open slots for stage time and empowering vibes! Sign up for stage time is first come, first serve!
It’s open for all creatives (singers, instrumentals, dancers, comedians, poets, etc.) and ALL AGES! Acts MUST be family friendly! (acts that break this rule will NOT recieve free recording time)
There will be “Spotlight” opportunities for local businesses and nonprofits to spend a few minutes to talk about their mission and/or needs, between acts. Contact Hillary with interest at hillary@hopeloft.com
Show is filmed by SNJ Today and will be shared online and on Channel 22. Copy written music will be edited out for online but will be aired on tv. Don’t want to be in tv? Let us know beforehand and we will edit you out.
Each performer is offered 1 hour free recording session at STEAMWorks NJ's recording studio. You are allowed to earn 1 hour per open mic! Save up your hours or use as you please. Contact Ryan with questions at Ryan@hopeloft.com.
